The Bus terminal is located 1 Block from the ferry and directly in front of MacDonald's,  On the corner of 5th avenue and Juarez. (  5ta Avenida con Juarez. )
Buses to can Cancun run every 10 minutes and cost 72 Pesos.
Buses to Tulum run every 30 minutes

Buses from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen cost 178 pesos about $9 USD.

Airport Transfers Cancun - Playa Del Carmen - Cancun

We can tell you that the rate from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen will vary.
As of January 1, 2004 the prices varied from $65 USD to $75 for a taxi from the Airport to Playa only one-way and for a "colectivo" (minimum 4 if you are only 2 you will have to wait for another 2 people that want to use a "colectivo" to the same destination). To Playa  Del Carmen this costs approx. $18 USD per person.
